Having traveled to the Himalayan region myself, however, I can attest to the friendliness of the Himalayan people. They are incredibly warm and welcoming.

The Himalayas roughly span throughout Nepal and northern India. The steep mountain range and lush forests beside make this area one of the most beautiful in the world. Fortunately for all travelers hoping to visit, the Himalayan area is incredibly affordable. The flights to these remote locations will be the most expensive part of the trip. However, food and accommodation in the Himalayas is very affordable which can ensure more extended travel.
Rich History
Another reason to visit the Himalayas is the rich history that this area has fostered and preserves. There are cultures well over a thousand years old that continue to thrive in this beautiful landscape. Traveling from a different country and entering into these cultures is an experience unlike any other. It is breathtaking and rewarding to experience something so different and unique.
Hiking Routes
The Himalayas are perhaps most known for the amazing hiking routes that are available. Being home to the highest mountains in the world, the Himalayas offer scenery and vistas that simply can’t be found anywhere else in the world. The Annapurna Circuit and the Mount Everest Base camp Trek are just a few of the most popular hiking routes. They are typically of a longer duration, so hikers stay in small accommodation known as teahouses.
The Himalayas are famous around the world, yet many people aren’t aware of how beautiful they truly are. This mountain range is home to the tallest peaks on the entire planet. Beyond the natural beauty, the hospitality and friendliness of the Himalayan people are another great reason to visit.
